Avocado Hummus


•1 can chickpeas, drained
•2 avocados
•2 tbs tahini
•2 tbs olive oil
•3 tbs fresh lemon juice
•2 cloves garlic, minced 
•1/2 tsp cumin 
•1 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
•Red pepper flakes 

Place the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in food processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Add avocados and blend until smooth. 


Mix chopped cilantro with red pepper flakes and a few tbs olive oil. Swirl on top. Add a touch of lemon zest. 

To toast baguette:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice bread  diagonally into 1/4 inch pieces. Lightly brush bread with olive oil on each side. Add salt and pepper. Bake 15 minutes.
