Guac



Ingredients 


•3 ripe avocados
•1 medium tomato, diced 
•1 clove garlic, minced 
•1 lime, juiced
•1 small red onion, diced
•1 bunch cilantro, chopped 
•1/2 jalapeño pepper, minced 
•1/2 tsp. salt
•1/2 tsp. pepper

Method

Using a fork, mash avocado, lime juice, salt and pepper until well incorporated, but still a little chunky. Fold in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for ~1 hour before serving (if you can wait).
