I love a recipe that can be made with 3 ingredients or fewer! This simple grapefruit recipe is perfect for a fresh, clean summer snack.
Ingredients
1 grapefruit
2 tbsp. honey
Fresh thyme, or herb of your choosing
Method
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Slice the grapefruit in half across its equator, with one round bit on each end. Loosen each segment by cutting around the perimeter of the fruit, then separating each individual piece. Place on baking sheet and drizzle each half with 1 tbsp. honey. Top with a few sprigs of thyme and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
